To back or not to back MR:
JHU to decide today
The Central Committee of the JHU is scheduled to meet today to decide whether to quit the SLFP-led coalition. The CC will meet under the leadership of party leader Ven. Omalpe Sobitha Thera.
Meanwhile, Ven. Artureliye Rathana Thera said that the JHU hadn’t received a favourable response from the UPFA to its proposals meant to dilute executive powers ahead of the next presidential poll scheduled for January, 2015.............................................................
