KANDY – Jathika Hela Urumaya (JHU), General Secretary and Former Minister Patali Champika Ranawake, addressing a meeting in Kandy on Saturday (28), stressed the need to replace the existing constitution by another but did not express support for any particular Presidential Candidate.
Addressing the meeting at the Kandy Postal Department Auditorium Ranwaka said that Sri Lanka needed what he called a National United Alliance Government.
